They required our appraisal service for their special report " Avoiding the Diamond Dupe ". Using a hidden camera, we traveled to various jewelry stores exposing frequently encountered situations. We encountered everything from jewelers refusing to accept returned merchandise, confusing exchange policies, to inexperienced salespeople giving out misinformation.
